Michael Simmons, PE Joins FRA as Senior Structural Engineer

Michael Simmons, PE has joined FRA’s Rochester office as Senior Structural Engineer. Mr. Simmons has 19 years of experience providing structural designs for commercial, industrial, educational, and environmental projects, and has particular expertise in building design. His responsibilities at FRA will include managing structural projects, overseeing and completing designs, and providing technical direction to staff.

Mr. Simmons holds both a bachelor of science in Civil Engineering and bachelor of professional studies in Architecture from the State University of New York at Buffalo
